Full Back covers upper, mid, and lower back. Shoulders are a separate area — most men add them, since treating the back alone can leave a visible line at the shoulder.

No sun, sauna, hot tub, or gym for 48 hours. Wear a loose shirt, moisturize with something fragrance-free, and use SPF if you’ll be shirtless outdoors.
